Question 1

What happens after I order Bulk Sending Software ?

Accepted Answer

After making the payment, you will be automatically redirected to the page where you can download the Bulk Sending Software. In case you opt for offline payment, the software link will be shared on your WhatsApp number, which you have connected with our support team. Once received, you need to install the software on a compatible device as mentioned above. Upon successful installation, when you open the software, you will automatically have a 1-day free trial if you have not used the trial before. If it’s your first installation, find “Help” on the top menu bar of the software and click on “View License.” A window will pop up, displaying the Request Key. If you have already used the 1-day trial, you will see the popup automatically without following the above steps.

Now, all you need to do is copy the Request Code. Visit our Activate License Page and submit your details, or you can simply copy-paste the Request Code and send it to our Support Team at +91 8777242834 to receive the Activation Code in the shortest time possible.

Question 3

What happens after I order B2B Numbers Database ?

Accepted Answer

If you made the payment online, you will be redirected to the download page soon after completing the payment. In case you made an offline payment, the download link will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email. In the downloadable file, you will find an Excel sheet containing All India B2B Numbers of the quantity you purchased. The file includes sections for Business Name, Mobile Number, Address, Pincode, and City. You can filter the data based on the location you need. If you want to filter out numbers present on WhatsApp, use the Filter option in our Bulk Sending Software.

Question 4

How many messages can I send per day using Bulk Sending Software ?

Accepted Answer

Well, to be exact, the software does not have any limit. Technically, you can send an unlimited number of WhatsApp messages every day. However, we recommend using techniques such as timing delays, message variations, and other anti-ban measures mentioned above.

Question 5

Can I send 1 lakh messages per day ?

Accepted Answer

Technically, yes, but in reality, no. WhatsApp may ban your number if you send messages too rapidly. We recommend a delay of 5 to 11 seconds between each message, which can be set manually in our Bulk Sending Software. With these delay settings, it’s not feasible to send such a large number of messages per day. If you want to send a large number of messages quickly, check out our WhatsApp Sender Panel.

Question 6

What to do if my number gets banned by WhatsApp ?

Accepted Answer

Getting your number unblocked is easy if it’s your first or second time being banned. Soon after the ban, you’ll have the option to send a message to WhatsApp directly by clicking on the Support button. Write to the WhatsApp team to kindly unblock your number, and they will respond via email or unblock your number within the next 24 to 48 hours. If your number gets repeatedly blocked, using another number immediately might result in WhatsApp tracking your IP address and continuing to block any further numbers you use for marketing, promotional, or spam messages.

Question 7

Will my number get banned if I use Bulk Sending Software ?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp typically bans for two reasons: sending messages too quickly or being reported or blocked by others. Our Bulk Sending Software includes options to add delays between messages and anti-ban features like message variations using spintax, tags, or switching between messages. However, there is still a chance of your number getting banned. We advise starting with a small number of messages and gradually increasing the daily capacity to minimize the risk.

Question 8

Will my number get banned if I use WhatsApp Sender Panel ?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. There is a 0% chance of your number getting banned when using the sender panel since your number is not used to send messages. All messages are sent from Indian virtual numbers.

Question 9

Can I get replies after sending messages from the Sender Panel ?

Accepted Answer

No, the sender panel uses virtual numbers, and no calls, SMS, or WhatsApp replies are collected on our servers. If you want clients or customers to reply, you must include your number in the message and instruct them to contact you using that number as replies to the message will not be received.

Question 10

Will I get my money back if my number gets banned ?

Accepted Answer

As mentioned, numbers can get banned for various reasons, but the software is not one of them. We provide a full refund if the software is not working properly after installation. We offer a free 1-day trial for you to experience the software before making a purchase, and if issues persist, we connect via AnyDesk to resolve them. If the problem remains unsolved and you are within the refund period (7 Days from the date of Purchase), a full refund is provided. Note that installing on incompatible systems, such as mobile devices, tablets, Mac, or Windows 32-bit devices, does not make you eligible for a refund, as compatibility details are clearly stated, in such case we request you to get the software installed on a compatible device and ask for the Activation Code.

Question 11
